We may disclose information to companies that perform services on our behalf, including website and application hosting, cloud storage, email and communications, analytics, security, technical support, software development and maintenance, and marketing or measurement services. 7. Sale, Sharing, and Targeted Advertising

LocolDeal does not sell personal information to third parties for money.

8. Marketing Communications

We may send users information about LocolDeal, new features, business opportunities, updates, or other promotional communications where permitted by law.

You may unsubscribe from promotional email communications by using the unsubscribe instructions included in those messages or by contacting us. 9. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including providing the Service, maintaining appropriate business records, complying with legal obligations, resolving disputes, preventing fraud and abuse, and enforcing our agreements.

Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information, the reason it was collected, legal requirements, and legitimate business needs. When information is no longer reasonably necessary, we may delete, anonymize, or securely dispose of it, subject to applicable law and legitimate recordkeeping requirements.
